I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients between outpatient clinic work, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and everything between! In my free time I read and play video games. I’ve learned many ways of coping with anxiety and depression, stress from home or work, along with many other issues. I may not be your typical therapist who is warm and fuzzy, but I’m down to earth and connect with nearly every client I meet. The presenting problems I’ve worked with the most include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family and couple issues, and communication issues. I will give any client a shot. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Peggy is AMAZING!!! She really cares and listens deeply. She helps me think through problems and scenarios and gives me tools/homework to help put me in a better place. Going through a difficult time has been much easier because Peggy is in my life. She is terrific and I'm grateful for her.
Peggy has been great!...more than great. She understands what I am feeling, thinking...she can relate to many of my experiences and offers honest, heart felt, real life advice and solutions...not textbook answers. Definitely highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆
I have been seeing Peggy regularly and she has been such a tremendous help to me. I appreciate her thoughtful insight, practical suggestions and her empathy and concern about me as a person. Even after our first session, I left with some awesome ideas that I could immediately implement in my life that would help with my personal situation. I think Peggy would be a great addition to anyone's support team!
