Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Normally I find it quite hard to get a connection with a therapist, but with Zhanna there was an instant click. She's a really sweet person and she always listens to me, no matter how silly I think my worries are. She gives amazing advise and always makes me feel better. She's basically the best therapist I've ever had so if I had to rate her I'd definitely give her a 12/10 :)

Zhanna Murphy is incredibly professional and very in tune with my needs as my therapist. I can tell she is truly listening to what I say, she remembers everything I discuss and follows up on every issue. For me personally, what I appreciate about the way she operates her sessions is her ability to be empathetic, understanding and validating but also is very direct and assertive with what we do next and how we are going to resolve or overcome things. I would definitely recommend Zhanna as a therapist and even though it’s only been 3-4 sessions, she has demonstrated such ability to hold a safe and non judgmental space, be a really good listener, respectful assertive communicator and effective in understanding what my needs are and how to best approach them.

Zhana is probably the best therapist I've ever spoken to, she's caring and listens, I've cried and laughed, and surprisingly I don't leave the session feeling worse like I have with other fherapists. Although we tackle hard things, she manages to have me leaving feeling OK by the end of the session which really helps because then I don't have any anxiety about going into the next session. I would highly recommend
