Megan Harbin is a compassionate, patient, understanding and extremely insightful and helpful therapist. I have been working through lifelong trauma and have been able to really understand the hows and whys of the abuse and neglect and progress into and through healing in a way that was not scary. I am learning how to analyze behaviors outside of myself and within myself so I able to create new, healthy habits and the ability to set boundaries in my life. I am so thankful for Megan.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She was the best. Such a sweet and caring person and definitely helped me with a lot
Although Megan did not have experience counseling an adult with ASD, she accepted me as a client and is working hard to understand my difficulties. She is kind and accepting, but forthright about the things on which I need to focus, and I respect that. She is always on time for our sessions, and expends extra efforts in research and contact after our sessions when needed. I haven’t found a better therapist, on BetterHelp or anywhere else.
Wonderful personality, even better therapy. Good enough to find the line between talking through cookie-cutter solutions and listening too long to get a word in. I personally find it difficult to open up to anyone (especially in any way that’s productive), but she made it work. Would 100% recommend if you’re seeking help, and the price of it all is ridiculously low.
