"Who we truly are, is all we'll ever need":

I believe that each person has a unique set of strengths and qualities that they can use to navigate life's challenges. Who you are at your core is enough to face any obstacle that comes your way.

In my therapeutic work, I honour the wholeness of each individual. I believe that you have everything you need within yourself to find fulfilment and achieve your goals.

Self-acceptance is a key component of my approach to therapy. I help clients recognise and embrace all aspects of themselves, so they can access a deeper sense of self-confidence and inner peace.

I operate from the belief that authenticity is the key to healing. When we fully acknowledge who we are, rather than trying to ignore or hide certain aspects of ourselves, we gain access to a wellspring of personal power and resilience.

I'm here to help you unlock the potential within yourself. By embracing your true nature—flaws and all— you can tap into a reservoir of creativity, strength, and wisdom that will empower you to create the life you want.

I am a BACP registered counsellor and I work in the UK. I have experience in helping clients with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I look forward to working with you if you feel that my approach would suit you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I'm so happy I found Christine. She is very sensitive and perceptive, and down to earth, kind, intelligent, wise. I really admire the depth of her inner work. I couldn't have imagined that someone would have the patience and interest to keep trying to genuinely understand and support me in a deep, real way, that someone would try to see me and meet me where I am. She has impeccable personal integrity, and she has gently encouraged and challenged me to process things that I otherwise wouldn't, and it has made a very huge difference in everything. I'm really grateful.

Christine is one of the most thoughtful, curious and caring individuals I've ever met. The mix of an honest desire to help me as her client and her understanding of the underlying theory, useful tools and vast experience make her an absolutely outstanding therapist. I can't thank you enough, Christine!

Christine has a wealth of knowledge and is a warm, patient and encouraging therapist. She really listens, really cares and really understands me. Christine has helped me to learn more about myself and to feel more in control of my life and my decisions. My confidence and mood have improved since working with her. I look forward to our sessions, which seem to fly by, because I feel safe to tell her all about myself without judgement. I am so grateful to Christine for all her support and compassion.

I am extremely glad I was matched with Christine. She has helped me tremendously to start processing my deep early trauma. She is so accepting and compassionate, and very warm, kind, perceptive, intelligent, wise, knowledgeable, intuitive and humble. She is great at holding an unconditional space for the difficult things I'm processing and I couldn't do this without her at this stage. She encourages me to bring up things that I otherwise wouldn't, and I so appreciate that. She is the first person I am starting to trust in my life, and that says a lot. She has been a godsend and a lifesaver. I would recommend her 1000%.

I am new to Better Help and have only met with Christine a handful of times but she has been great. Compassionate, thoughtful and wise are words that come to mind when I think of her I reached out in a moment of crisis, and now that the crisis has calmed down, I still find the sessions helpful because Christine is helping me process what lead me back to this all-too -familiar trauma. My advice for anyone signing up for a therapist on Better Help is to think deeply about what kind of person you can be completely frank with. The more specifically you can describe your needs, the more likely you will find a good match, like I have found in Christine.

I am forever grateful to betterhelp for pairing me up with Christine. I cannot praise her enough! When I first started working with her 8 months ago, I was completely lost and numb. I had nothing left to give, couldn't get excited about anything in life and totally despised everything about myself. Fast forward 8 months and the transformation has been life changing! Christine made me feel so relaxed right from the very first session. I was extremely nervous beforehand but her calm and friendly demeanour put me at ease. I looked forward to every weekly session going forward. It was like catching up with a really close friend. Christine genuinely cares. She makes you feel safe and you instantly relax in her presence and can be yourself, knowing you aren't being judged. Before working with Christine, I was suffering from severe trauma, depression, grief and anxiety. I am a completely different person now. She helped me to dig deep and to overcome a lot of what was holding me back. I have the tools now and can face anything that comes my way. I would 100 % highly recommend Christine! I can't thank her enough!
