Empowering, educating, & supporting people in their wholeness is what I do. As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I blend Shamanism, Parts Work, Strength Based, Narrative, & Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. My personal lens is trauma-informed, compassionate, & animistic.
