I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master located in Wisconsin for the past 5 years. I have an extensive medical history of over 30 years that include clinical, hospital and instructional arenas. I have a passion for physical health and wellness which has ultimately led me to an emphasis on mental health restoration. I use a Rogerian "client-centered" approach to therapy which focuses on optimal self empowerment through skill building and mindfulness techniques. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, self motivation, self esteem, and self confidence. I work with individuals and couples to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is wonderful, great listener, she really making me think and process through.
Pam was quick to listen and engage. My story has a lot of interesting twists and turns. She acknowledged them and seemed eager to learn more. She is delightful and refreshing.
Pamela is a unique and authentic therapist. She is compassionate and empathetic, gets you to look outside the box. She has taught me how to stay positive and to take my stress and utilize is it as a motivation. Pamela has taught me how to make time for my personal life and choosing healthy habits mentally and physically.
I only had one visit. Thus far, I felt that it was very good, and that she took all the time needed to find out my needs. Looking forward to my next session.
