I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri. I am also a Certified Life Coach. I counsel and coach dedicated men, women and teens to discover their significance and map direction to their life.

My vision is to help others connect spiritually through integrity and perseverance and my mission is to influence, inspire and promote God-like love and respect to himself and those around me. This has created a connection with many local churches in the area that support and promote my direction as a man and a counselor.

With my ability to assist with compassion and warmth as a coach and a counselor, combined with a strong, diverse professional experience, I am able to bring you an informative, insightful, and memorable experience. During our counseling sessions, I will provide you with practical tools and strategies to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen your intimacy with others. I will also help you to identify any underlying issues that may be contributing to your individual or marital problems, and work with you to develop a plan for addressing those issues.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to influence, inspire and impact change in your life.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I love how easy it has been to fit Therapy into my sometimes hectic life! Being able to do Video and Phone sessions has been a huge benefit to me. I don’t have to worry about missing a session if I’m not at home or can’t make it to his office! Also, being able to send messages when unforeseen issues come up has been wonderful! I have told all my friends and family about BetterHelp and how wonderful it has been for my mental health! I was a bit worried in the beginning about being able to actually create a rapport, but that has not been an issue. I have felt comfortable during ever session! Bryan Vignery has been very beneficial in my mental growth!!!
