I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently licensed in the state of Missouri. I have over 7 years of clinical experience working with adults, children, couples and families in the school-based and private practice settings. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life challenges, relationship/family conflicts, issues with focus and concentration and self-esteem/self-confidence. My education includes a Master’s degree in counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
I take a strengths-based approach in my practice where I believe individuals have the ability to tap into their strengths to overcome challenges. I also, take a holistic approach looking at all areas of an individual’s life and work on enhancing those areas to help in reaching their full potential. Additionally, I am working on integrating nutritional and integrative medicine education for mental health. Our minds and bodies are connected and essential nutrition is crucial for optimum functioning.
It takes courage to reach out for help and I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
