Zoe is a wonderful, sympathetic therapist. She always makes sure to ask me how I want to approach things and what I'm comfortable with. She provides useful frameworks and practical exercises and she explains things well. She's very good at holding space for me and making me feel heard in a non-judgemental way.

Zoe has been and continues to be a fantastic therapist! Although only 2 sessions in she has helped me understand my situation and what is happening in it a whole lot better than I ever thought I could. She is kind and forthcoming with ideas, information and material that has made things alot clearer for me. With the experience I've had with her so far, I couldn't recommend her enough!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
