Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Erin is great, I really appreciate her approach, advice, and ability to walk through things to bring perspective to the situations. I like how she navigates the conversation and really allows to talk through everything. I always feel better after our sessions and look forward to the next one.
She’s great!
Working with Erin has been nothing short of life changing! From our very first session she has made me feel comfortable, heard, and validated while at the same time pointing out things I wasn’t even aware needed attention. She has helped me explore and grow in ways I didn’t know possible, and I’m confident that she would provide the same care for anyone else.
Erin is what other people have said on the review. She really listens and work with you. She is calm and thorough, and I can appreciate that. I would recommend her to any one I know. My daughter who is 15 is seeing her as well. She keeps it professional.
I already love all the skills I have been given and I can’t wait to keep growing. It’s very nice to have such a reliable person in my corner!
Erin as helped me with my journey tremendously. A totally different experience than I thought I was getting when I signed up.

Off the bat she gave great vibe. I have click with her right away. I can tell she understands my issues and now I would love for her to work with my 14 year old as well. Very smart, empathetic and great listener. I feel confident she can help me and my daughter. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
Erin is responsive to my concerns/requests
She has helped me tremendously and I’ve only been seeing her for a few months.
Erin has been awesome! Our interactions are great and she helps me navigate through my concerns. She’s very responsive and I highly recommend her overall!
She is so lovely. It feels like she understand everything you say or feel. She is very diverse and can help in almost any way. Greatly recommend
Erin has been a fantastic therapist and has helped me out a lot. I have been feeling much better since talking to her and feel very optimistic about what the future holds. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who is looking to seek therapy
Erin is absolutely amazing! From the first session I had with her I could tell she was incredible. I had gone through a variety of therapists in the past and couldn’t connect with any of them well. That wasn’t the case with Erin, she made me feel very heard and like I wasn’t going to be judged for what I said. She also remembers things I say in past sessions and makes a note of bringing them up to follow up on my progress. She is so accommodating to my crazy schedule too! Highly recommend meeting with her if you can!
