Linda is amazing, exactly the "perfect calm" I needed during a perfect storm of professional, personal and mental crisis events converging all in a matter of weeks. Linda not only reinforced my existing coping mechanisms but offered new options and inside that immediately reset my mindset and fostered the self confidence I needed to address each incident and/or concern I expressed in our first meeting and elevated with every session we had. THANK YOU LINDA and Better Help. I don't feel i am at 100%, but I can see a path there with continued support from Linda!
