After my old therapist moved, I wasn’t sure I would find someone who could take her place and after going through a couple of other therapists, I came across Ausha and am so glad I did! I’m in the part of my journey where I know better and now need to do better and Ausha provides me with the motivation, guidance, tools and encouragement to support that part of my journey. She is incredibly empathetic and wise, and I always leave sessions feeling better. I would genuinely recommend her to individuals regardless of where they are in their therapy journey.
