Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

THE BEST!!
From the sessions I have had with Kurt to date, I believe that he is a great therapist. He take the time to listen and understand what you are dealing with. Kurt is awesome
He listened, offered very meaningful feedback and gave me helpful practical tasks. You`re a solid Kurt, thank you
Gives helpful advice and listens well.
Kurt was timely, thorough, knowledgeable and to-the-point. He got to the root of my issues and remedied them faster than I’ve ever experienced. I will absolutely recommend him and visit him again for therapy sessions in the future.
Kurt is fantastic!! He listens and knows exactly what to tell you!! He is very empathetic!! You won’t regret it!!
Kind respectful and understanding.
Kurt Winn is a good listener and help with my problem.
Great guy to talk to. Listens and inputs very well
I’ve seen a handful of therapists and many of them feel like robotic doctors, but not Kurt. Kurt feels like a wise friend you’ve known for years. He not only listens to you, but he also provides personal examples that have helped him in the past. In my experience, many doctors try to keep their personal experiences private, but for me, it’s helpful to hear my problems are common and I’m not the only one feeling these things. Better yet, it gives me hope that my problems are solvable because he’s found solutions and arrived on the other side of them. I’m thrilled I’ve found Kurt and excited to continue my journey with him.
Kurt has been extremely helpful! He listens, understands, and can actually relate to my issues.
Kurt has been amazing! His down to earth approach is like talking to a long-lost friend. Thank you for all you do Kurt!
