I've only had two sessions so far but in a world we're trying to find a therapist that understands you and is committed to helping me do the hard work, it's a true blessing to have a mental health counselor such as Jacqueline. I really look forward to seeing where else we can take our therapy sessions going forward. Thanks better help!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I appreciate my time with Jacqueline. She encourages me to think from a different perspective.
Jacqueline is amazing! The best therapist I have ever had. I feel completely comfortable to talk to her. You can tell that she genuinely cares and actively listens. I like how she send my worksheets and also Bible verses that applies to what I am going through. I would definitely recommend her!
I am new to BetterHelp and have only had 2 live sessions with my therapist, Jacqueline Brown, but even before the first session she responded in an encouraging and insightful way to my various journal enteries that I felt comfortable sharing with her (in my case this was all of them). She seems amazing and I hope everyone has as great an experience as I have had so far, both with the platform and with their therapist.
I had only 3 sessions so far with Jackie, but I’m confident that we’re a good match.
Feels like talking to a big sister who’s looking out for me!
Jacqueline is thoughtful, responsive, and methodical in giving advice. I am so deeply pleased that I have been connected with someone of her expertise level. She helps me work through my thoughts, and encourages me to participate in effective exercisies that are geared toward helping me improve my mental state.
