I like her a lot
She feels like an aunt with a suggestive ear.
Rita listens to me and lets me ramble. I feel she is a good listener because her questions for me come from a place that lets me know she’s actually paying attention to the words I’m saying. When she responds, her words are so powerful and uplifting. She is very supportive and gives you the space to be open. I don’t feel negatively judged by her at all, which is very important to me.
She makes me feel understood.
It’s gonna be a month soon with Rita and I trust her with everything I am. She is truly amazing and has a lovely heart. She actually listens and talks to me. I feel comfortable with her. She like a best friend.

Hi!! I am very new to better help but it has done wonders in such a short amount of time.
