Hello, and welcome.
My name is Kerrie, I’m a registered Integrative Therapist with experience supporting people through a range of emotional and life challenges.
My approach combines Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor sessions to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and honestly. I am warm, compassionate, and approachable, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
Alongside empathy and understanding, I also believe humour can be an important part of healing and connection when appropriate. I aim to create a comfortable therapeutic relationship where you can feel heard, valued, and supported at your own pace.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kerrie has been amazing to talk to and message. I was sceptical at first due to some reviews of this app but it’s helped so much. She is absolutely amazing, and listens very well. Even when I’m struggling to explain what’s wrong she knows the right words to help. She is truely amazing. Not had too many sessions with her yet but I know for a fact she is a perfect fit for me.
Kerrie is so lovely, I’ve only had a couple of sessions with her so far but we’ve already started to make so much progress. She’s considerate of my boundaries and is incredible at helping me navigate my feelings while constantly reminding me that I’m not alone in them. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for therapy!
