Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Blythe is wonderful. Has gone out of her way to show support, even as I sometimes have backward momentum. I appreciate her.

Blythe has been great. She’s easy to talk to and I opened up to her about things that I thought I would never mention to her about. I’m enjoying my time with her.

I have been in therapy before which was at times gut wrenching! Blythe helps me to be in control of my emotions and outcomes! I feel much better after talking to her! She just doesn’t demonize my actions or pass judgment! I have enough others willing to do that!

Blythe is a wonderful listener and very in tune with me. She has helped me work through a lot. I have been struggling post divorce with anxiety and depression. Blythe has guided me and provided me with the encouragement and self awareness I need to keep moving forward. She checks in on me at random and it’s always at a time I could use a little encouragement. I feel like she genuinely cares and is invested in my progress.

For the first time, I feel like I can breathe. I feel validated and worthy of my feelings. I so appreciate the seemingly bottomless source of empathy Blythe has. I appreciate the homework she gives, the questions she asks, and the kindness she shows.

I think Blythe is amazing in so many ways.. I immediately felt comfortable freely talking with her. During our first meeting she told me that I could message her any time in between sessions and she’d respond, and she’s a woman of her word. She’s incredibly thoughtful, and intentional when she responds to journal entries, worksheets or just general messages I’ve sent her. I am thankful for the opportunity to work through trauma with her & im looking forward to continued growth. Highly recommend her to anyone going through any of life’s challenges and feeling like they need someone in their corner.

Reviewed January 2024

Blythe is in my corner and striving to understand the root of my anxiety and to provide me tools to work through things. She is incredibly responsive and that means a lot having someone there to talk to at any time, whether in a formal video counseling session or in the chat.
