I'm Victoria and I'm a Glasgow based Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a registered member of BACP (Membership No. 400527 MBACP ).

I began my counselling journey in 2016 volunteering for a children's mental health charity. Supporting others became my passion, leading me to step away from my career in the creative industries and work towards becoming a qualified therapist.

I am currently specialising in supporting clients with depression, self-esteem, anxiety disorders, grief, anger struggles and pregnancy & fertility.

Life can throw various challenges our way, some having a bigger emotional impact than others. I’m here to support you in navigating through the challenging thoughts & emotions that may have become an unhelpful pattern in your life. As a therapist, I put my clients needs at the centre of everything I do. I use an integrative approach of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I use an integrative counselling approach, using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and person centred (PC). I understand every individual has unique needs and there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to therapy. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share whatever you feel comfortable with at your own pace, working through the hard stuff together.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
