She's such an awesome therapist. She listens to you wholeheartedly and guides you to identify and solve the mental problems. Moreover, the theraphy/meditation exercises she recommends help so much.
It’s my first time in therapy so my inatial session I didn’t know what to expect. I found Louise to be extremely reassuring and supportive. Her caring nature shines through and she is fantastic at breaking down all steps to be taken by me and is very quick to respond with any queries.
Working with Louise has helped me see the many layers that there are to decision making. I appreciate that she has expertise in all phases of family life -- from pre-pregnancy, pregnancy loss, post birth and childhood phases.
