Megan has been simply great. I was not in a good place mentally when I first started with her and a few months later I have been feeling better. I’m still having sessions with her every week but I am hopeful for the first time since my depression started and that is in partly thanks to her. She is super easy to talk to and always made me feel comfortable to the point I have opened up and told her things I have kept personal since I was a kid. She still helps me to this very day.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Megan has been very helpful and provided great insight.
Megan is absolutely amazing. She is supportive, open minded, understanding and I could not recommend her more. I feel comfortable and safe talking with her like I’ve known her for years and it’s only been a few weeks.
Megan is patient, understanding, and asks lots of open questions which is very helpful during the session. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
