Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

He understood what I was coping with immediately. I didn’t have to say a lot. He’s a treasure to this platform.

Dr. Kim does a great job bridging spiritual and natural elements of emotional and spiritual health. I am a patient who seeks understanding of how religion and faith and mental health all come together, and Dr. Kim answered so many questions for me. My psychological and religious well-being are better for it.

Dr Kim is amazing. Very sharp and cuts through the non sense quickly. Very very good

I feel very supported and understood with Dr. Kim. He listens and offers steps and suggestions without it feeling too forceful. He really helps me to better understand the pacing of life and that things happen day by day, not to rush. I need that sort of support right now.
