Alisha is incredibly supportive and helps you foster strength in yourself. With her I’ve been able to build a relationship with myself and my confidence to make decisions in my life that support my values and wellbeing has grown hugely.

She fosters thoughtful and insightful discussions that unlock reasons behind thought patterns and offers interesting ways to improve them.

Although we have only done two sessions so far, I feel she understands what it is I would like to work on and is supporting me in doing so. It’s still very early days but so far very impressed with the better help service
