Great

My therapist Kita is great! she is gentle but firm in her advice which I really like. She has made me take on new challenges to try which seem scary but she has given me tips on how to approach certain situations which has helped in my growth. I feel like I am more confident in myself and I have also helped people in my family and friendship circle with her advice. Highly recommend her to everyone.

Hello and thank you for being here,

My name is Kita Tabachka, I am a registered therapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP and I work with clients across the UK and internationally.

Many of the people I support arrive feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly exhausted from trying to keep everything together. For some it shows up as racing thoughts, panic attacks, or ADHD chaos that makes daily life feel impossible to manage. For others it is depression, grief, or low self esteem that leaves them feeling heavy, disconnected, or stuck in self-criticism. Some feel the deep loneliness of single life, the ache of not having the connection they long for, or the loss of purpose that makes getting out of bed feel pointless. Others notice how stress and emotional pain have crept into their bodies, leading to tension, burnout, or weight that feels impossible to shift.

If any of this speaks to you, please know you are not alone and things can change. Therapy is not about quick fixes or surface advice, it is about creating a safe space where you can begin to explore what feels heavy, find clarity, and build new ways forward.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on what works best for you. I bring person centred empathy, trauma informed stabilisation, solution focused strategies, and relationship insight from my Gottman training. Together, we will uncover patterns that hold you back, while also building practical tools you can use day to day — whether that means calming your nervous system during panic, reducing the pressure to mask ADHD struggles, navigating loneliness with compassion, or beginning to rebuild a sense of self worth and direction.

Clients often tell me they value the balance I offer, both structure and genuine presence. I will give you strategies and frameworks that create real change, while also holding a space where you can simply breathe, feel, and be yourself without judgement.

I know how easy it is to appear fine on the outside while quietly struggling inside. In our work, you will not have to pretend or minimise. Here, you set the pace. My role is to walk beside you, help you reconnect with your inner resources, and support you in making gradual but lasting shifts toward the life you want.

Taking this step is already an act of courage. If you are feeling anxious, burnt out, lost, or lonely, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as we explore, heal, and grow together.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I would highly recommend Kita. She was warm and considerate and understood my life stresses and helped me refocus and reprioritise what’s important. Being a mother or your career doesn’t have to be all consuming you have to prioritise yourself or you will burn out as I had. She gave helpful suggestions as to things I could incorporate to give space for myself and reminders to be kinder to myself and be proud of what I have achieved.

Kita has provided me with a safe space to confront very private and intimate history, and allowed me to look back on this and reflect on it in a positive manner, which I have not been able to do before. She showed me the humanity of my struggles. My feelings are valid and real and I am normal. I would highly recommend Kita, especially if for the non non-religious seeking therapy.

Kita has been a huge help so far. We're still working through a lot of things, but I finally feel listened to and understood.

I've recently started having therapy with Kita and she is incredibly good. I felt immediately at ease and after a short time talking I felt understood. Kita has empathy and a natural ability to put you at ease. She's professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

Kita is so great and very friendly. She meets you where you are and allows space to have a conversation and listens very intentionally. Honestly one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with

Kita has been super welcoming and created an open space to talk about problems. She's been easy to build rapport with and understands the key issues and I have definitely seen a benefit from only a few sessions. Thank you very much for your help

Kita has been so helpful, insightful and kind to me during my therapy journey, she has helped me massively and has enabled me to question my thoughts and increase my emotional intelligence as a result. I would recommend her to anyone!

Very kind person and professional therapist.

She's brilliant Kind and allows me to be myself Which is all I wanted really Only been with her a few weeks and I can't wait to see how far we can go with this. She's excellent I look forward to every session and message I receive

Kita is an excellent therapist

It’s difficult to articulate just how much Kita has helped me in such a short amount of time. Kita is extremely insightful and intuitive because she listens very intently. I feel she has instantly understood my situation, given me a massive boost in confidence to listen to myself and supported me in finding solutions to my issues. Her advice is second to none. I have tried various counsellors before locally and Kita has been the most helpful of them all. I would highly recommend Kita. She works to a very high standard and her support feels bespoke whilst also being completely routed in knowledge and experience.
