About Me
I’m a UK-based counsellor and coach, and I help adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Many of my clients deal with ADHD, anxiety, burnout, low motivation, or self-esteem issues. Some feel like they’re constantly overthinking or procrastinating. Others have hit a point in life where something needs to change — but they don’t know where to start.
Before retraining in mental health, I spent 30 years in the IT industry. I understand the pressure of high-functioning roles and how easy it is to lose touch with your own needs and identity. That experience now helps me support others who are navigating stress, disconnection, and self-doubt — especially those who feel they have to keep “holding it all together” on the outside.
Experience & Education
I have over 5 years’ experience as a qualified counsellor and 15 years as a personal development coach. I'm also a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) in the UK.
My qualifications include formal counselling training, extensive CPD in neurodiversity, stress management, and emotional regulation, and hundreds of hours of one-to-one client work focused on ADHD, anxiety, and burnout recovery.
My Approach to Therapy
I take an integrative approach — combining techniques from CBT, coaching psychology, solution-focused therapy, and mind–body practices. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific goals, challenges, and preferences.
My style is calm, supportive, and practical. I offer a space where you can be fully heard, reflect safely, and start to make changes that feel manageable and meaningful.
Whether you need help managing emotional overwhelm, navigating life transitions, or working through procrastination, imposter syndrome, or confidence issues — we’ll work together to create clarity and momentum at your pace.
How I Can Help You
If you're feeling stuck, stressed, or like you're constantly falling short, I want you to know there's a way forward. Therapy can help you slow the noise in your mind, understand your emotions, and begin to rebuild your confidence, focus, and sense of direction.
Together, we’ll work on strategies to manage anxiety, regulate your emotions, build motivation, and reconnect you with a calmer, more empowered version of yourself — whether you’re facing burnout, ADHD-related struggles, or just feeling lost in life’s demands.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space to start. I’m here to support you in that first step.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
