Mark is a very down to earth and relaxed person which makes him very easy to speak to and feel comfortable around. He offers a wide range of knowledge on subjects and gives you plenty of time and opportunity to talk about whatever is needed as well as offering suggestions and advice on the subject. Overall I would 100% recommend mark to anyone who is looking to start therapy and is looking for a more relaxed and flexible therapist as I have only just started myself and feel very confident that Mark will help me make the changes I’m looking for.

Hi, I’m Mark, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a BACP and NCPS registered psychotherapist who helps people with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and workplace pressures. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical — giving you space to be heard while also offering tools you can use day to day.
I draw on CBT, Person-Centred Therapy, IFS, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness-based tools to reduce anxious thoughts, intrusive memories, and overwhelming emotions. I’m also trained in the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD. Many clients come to me for support with confidence building, burnout, career stress, intimacy issues, or addictive behaviours such as porn, sex, and masturbation compulsions.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for years in professional and corporate settings, so I understand the pressure of performance stress, difficult team dynamics, and feeling stuck in your career. Whether you’re struggling with self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or repeated patterns in relationships, I’ll provide a calm, respectful space to make sense of things and move towards greater balance and confidence.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Understanding and structured, with a good balance of listening and discussion. My mind is fairly chaotic but speaking with Mark provides a time to relax/unwind, and offers thoughts to reflect on.
