I’m a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor, holding a Master’s in Education with Psychology and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. Alongside my private practice, I have worked across diverse mental health settings, including NHS IAPT services, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, many navigating complex personal, relational, and social difficulties. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and respect. I believe therapy offers a unique space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgement.

As an integrative therapist, I tailor my work to your individual needs rather than following a fixed therapeutic approach. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy to provide a safe and empathic foundation, psychodynamic approaches to explore underlying patterns and past experiences, and cognitive and behavioural techniques to support practical change and emotional regulation in the present. This allows us to work both at depth and in a way that feels relevant and manageable for you.

Together, we can explore what may be holding you back, make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and build greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional flexibility.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by low mood or self-doubt, struggling with self-esteem, navigating relationship challenges, or feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and moving towards the life you want to live.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
