Reaching out for help is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

My name is Chelsea Trice, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS). I have been providing counseling services for over 12 years and 9 of those years have been while independently licensed. I work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and families to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral health needs.

In therapy, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to explore your experiences openly and honestly. I believe that healing happens in connection—and I would be honored to be part of your journey

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a wife and a mom to two amazing boys. I love spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book or audiobook, listening to musicals, tending to my garden, and enjoying the peace of nature. A few of my favorite things? Sunflowers, the smell of leather-bound journals, cooking meals with ingredients I’ve grown myself, and loving on our pets.

Speaking of pets, we share our home with two cats—Harley and Quinn—and a therapy bunny named Oreo (aka Dr. Hoppers). Fun fact: Oreo has been working alongside me in in-person sessions (upon request) for nearly two years!

As a therapist, I’d describe my style as dynamic and integrative. I use a person-centered approach that adapts to your needs—sometimes direct and challenging, other times gentle and supportive. My natural personality is upbeat, sarcastic, and a little witty. That energy often shows up in our sessions—unless your style calls for a softer touch, in which case I adjust accordingly.

You can see below my area of focus, but if you have questions please reach out!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
