  • BACP

I am a registered member of the BACP which is a professional counselling association in the UK. I am a qualified counsellor/therapist with 3 years of clinical experience. I work with clients who have a wide range of life experiences and concerns. Some examples of these are: stress, anxiety, depression, workplace challenges, family conflict, and relationship issues. I also work with grief and bereavement, and coping with life changes/transitions, as well as domestic abuse.

My therapy style is friendly and compassionate, I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and empathy. I believe in seeing my client's for who they are and with humanity. My approach is in humanistic theory, focusing on person-centred therapy, but I am trained as an integrative counsellor and may adapt to other theories if you will benefit from them. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Choosing to make the first step towards change takes strength and courage. It's an achievement in itself. I can't guarantee the process will be easy, but when you're ready I am here to support you.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
