I’m here to support you with your mental health and wellbeing. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. My role is to offer you a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and honestly, without fear of judgement. I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, or simply a sense of feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you, find clarity, and work on practical steps that can make a real difference in your day-to-day life. My focus is always on you and your emotional wellbeing, and my aim is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to move forward with confidence.

My background is over 35yrs of people management and psychology based coaching. I formalised this with an BSc Psychology (HONs) which led me to start working more specifically within counselling and an MSc Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have been counselling in a clinical setting for over 3yrs and have experience with adults as well as high school students and as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor to University students. I currently have over 500 hours of supervised clinical counselling.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
