I genuinely can't identify any goals he hasn't helped me reach during our sessions. I thoroughly enjoy each meeting; his engaging personality and high level of professionalism truly set him apart.

Very relatable, articulate, and like-minded
Dr Frost is an amazing doctor and a valued piece of my personal recovery. Thank you, Eric.
He understood my conditions and study my case using the medical file from my therapist whom I med three times. Happy about his professionalism. About Brightside Health, I think it would be, or could be good for you to slightly modify the taking in patient for M.D. schedule. For example, usually, first appointment takes a long time. Often I found psychiatrist having 50 minute to 1 hour session in the first appointment. In our case, Mr. Frost had 3 weeks of my therapist file to study before meeting me, so he got like 1.5 hours + of information before he met me. So, I feel that it's important for the doctors to have enough back up information before first starting their 30-minute first appointment. If they don't have any information about the patient before the first appointment, 30 minute should be not enough to understand all what's going on. You could, for example, have the very first session to be 50 -60 minutes. Then, start 30 minutes session as medication management. Especially for those who have not had any therapist session. Lastly but not the least, I understand the benefit of having a therapist when one is seeing a psychiatrist. I never had a therapist before. I think it's a must if one is seeing a psychiatrist. Psychiatrist can use the therapist's file to understand the case. That way also, the session can be short like 30 minutes. As the time progresses, I see that the session can be as short as 10 minutes, even though it is showing 30 minutes on the bill. Thank you so much for your thorough care. Sincerely,
We are on the right track!
