"Psychotherapy could be the West's way of liberation if it discarded dualism." — Alan Watts

That's the work.

I'm Ruslan, psychologist with a neuropsychological focus, certified yoga teacher, and someone who has walked the path from an extremely challenging childhood to a stable, free, and meaningful life.

My path into psychology wasn't a straight line. I grew up with considerable adversity, instability, loss, and circumstances that statistically make where I stand today quite unlikely. That journey shaped not only my resilience, but my understanding of it. I know what it takes to build inner stability from scratch, and I bring that lived knowledge into every session alongside the science.

My work rests on three layers: a neuroinformed foundation that explains why change is possible, a humanistic stance that determines how I meet each person: with genuine acceptance and on equal footing and methods drawn from CBT, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches as the what, adapted to whoever is in front of me.

What I bring to the work in particular: I listen and translate at the same time. What you're experiencing, I map onto the neurobiological mechanisms behind it, and I share that understanding with you. This de-pathologizes, reduces shame, and gives you the feeling of truly understanding yourself.

I believe change happens across multiple layers simultaneously: in how we think, how we breathe, how we move, and how we relate. My goal is integration, not just symptom relief.

I work with people experiencing chronic tension, stress symptoms, exhaustion, anxiety, sleep difficulties, psychosomatic complaints, or a sense of inner emptiness. Especially when thinking alone no longer helps, I support you in coming back into contact with yourself. Whether you're navigating burnout, life transitions, self-doubt, or a deeper search for direction and meaning, my goal is a space where you feel genuinely understood, and where insight can become lasting change.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
