I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with over 7 years of experience working to help people with life's challenges. I have worked in a clinical setting for 3 years and I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, life stressors, ASD and ADHD.
I obtained my Bachelors and Master degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. My theoretical approach is person-centered and adaptive for the individual. I blend evidence based approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, Solution Focus, family systems, and play therapy. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in providing a judgement free and safe space for everyone.
It takes courage to seek support. I look forward to providing you a spaced to be heard and an environment where you can start to heal. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling.
