Many girls and women quietly struggle with the gap between what they want and what they actually do, and it gets far less attention than it deserves. That is why I focus here.
I work with capable, driven women at every stage of life: the professional stuck just short of a goal they know they can reach, a woman ready for change but unsure how to start, or at a midlife turning point wanting a new direction or more from the chapter ahead. I also work with high-achieving students facing academic stress and anxiety, burnout, or a lack of a personally tailored study plan while maintaining their mental wellbeing. This is also my own story, as a woman and a mother, so I understand these transitions personally as well as professionally.
My work is shaped by a PhD in counselling (mental health and career development, relationship specialist), postgraduate science studies, a nursing degree, training in evidence-based and innovative approaches, alongside 20 years of experience across four countries. That blend lets me work with the whole of your situation rather than one part of it.
Together we get clear on what you truly want and on what you are currently doing to get there. We carry out a holistic assessment to find what really lies behind the gap between the two sides of your scale (your wants, your current reality): your environment and sensory input; your thoughts and any irrational beliefs; your learned habits and daily actions; your past, attachment style, and values; your cultural and spiritual beliefs; your circumstances; and your sense of meaning and purpose. Alongside this we use somatic work, so you learn to regulate both your emotions and your nervous system and can think clearly and make effective choices. From there we explore whether your choices are working for you, practice more effective ones until they hold, and turn them into a plan you can sustain on your own.
I cannot change you, but I can co-create with you the conditions in which you close the gap between your potential and action through responsible choices.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
