Hello! I am glad to meet you and honored for the opportunity to be part of your journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky. I aim to create a warm, affirming, compassionate environment so that you feel safe. My approach to therapy is a holistic approach that includes a focus on the Mind, Body, Spirit connection.

I have worked with all ages and their famlies and have experience in in-patient and outpatient settings. I have been integrated in the local school as well as embedded in primary health care clinics.

I have experience working with the LGBTQIA community and the unique issues that challenge them, women's health issues along with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional dysregulation, religious trauma and compassion fatigue along with several others.

Life has its ups and downs, and we are all on a journey that will have bumps, crossroads and bridges to pass over. We all need a non-judgmental, compassionate place to help make progress through difficult times in our lives. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
