Hello. I am a counselor licensed in Arizona and Kansas with over 10 years of experience supporting clients with their individual needs. Some of these areas are grief and loss, depression, concerns surrounding aging, anxiety, women's issues, communication, parenting concerns, finding purpose in life, as well as stress steming from medical issues whether chronic or terminal.
I love working with my clients in order to get to know and understand what their goals in therapy are and then assist them in achieving those goals. As my client, you are in control of your path and I act as a supportive guide. My approach is open, honest and respectful and I welcome questions and feedback. My therapeutic style includes many different approaches and theories which we will discuss for better understanding as we work together, one of which is cognitive behavioral therapy.
I thank you for reading my profile in your attempt to find the best therapist match for yourself. I look forward to meeting and working with you if you feel we would make a good team. I am ready to get started when you are.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
