Hi! Are you feeling burnt out, stuck or just so overwhelmed that your day to day is becoming difficult to manage? I'm here to help you pause, process what you are going through and move forward to not only better manage your days but have a life worth living. Being a woman and a mother allows me to bring lived understanding, empathy, and attunement to the unique challenges women and mothers face. My personal experience helps me relate to the emotional demands, identity shifts, and pressures that can contribute to anxiety, depression, and unhealthy ways to cope including, disordered eating and substance use. This perspective supports my ability to create a safe, validating space where clients feel understood while working collaboratively toward healing, self?compassion, and sustainable change.
As a therapist, I am down?to?earth, supportive, and approachable, helping clients feel at ease quickly—even when discussing difficult topics. My ability to use humor thoughtfully allows me to build connection, reduce shame, and make therapy feel human rather than intimidating. As a woman and mother, I offer an added layer of understanding for women navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and substance use—particularly within the context of identity, caregiving, and societal pressure.
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I take a down?to?earth, collaborative approach and appreciate humor as a way to help ease nerves and create connection. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you want from therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and understood from the very beginning.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
