Ivan has always been extremely helpful to me. He is great at listening and understanding. He always tells me the truth even if it’s hard to hear and he gives me great guidance and support.

Ivan has literally been hands down the best counselor I have ever had in my life. For more than a year he has helped me make so many significant changes in my life that I did not think were even possible. He helped me to explore many different challenges in my life that were so hard for me to look at. With his help I was able to find new ways to deal with the challenges, not get stuck and continue to find growth and healing. When I first signed up for therapy I was beyond anxious and at times struggled with being open even when I really wanted to be open. Ivan was so patient with me during these times. Ivan has an amazing personality that just really makes the counseling experience so much smoother. Ivan helped me believe in myself when all I could see was fear in my face. He helped me knock the walls of fear down and push through and start looking at where my life is and what my life could become. So many times, we all ask ourselves what if this…? or what if that...? or what if I never…? I learned that all of these for me were rooted in fear. Once I started to learn and understand more about this fear, Ivan continued to help me walk through building up my confidence and what that looks like for me. As time continued to go on, I learned so many new ways to think about myself in positive ways that helped me work on changing different actions I would take. I learned that fear/anxiety did not have to control my life anymore and that I can still go after the things that I want. Ivan really helped me with so many different issues from work, relationships and just being there when I was having so much chaos going on in my life. Honestly without Ivan’s assistance there is no doubt in my mind that I would have been able to make such huge strides on my own. My friends and family have noticed a difference in me when it comes to my attitude and they are just so surprised because according to them I am not the same person that they once knew and I am the 2.0 upgraded, better version of myself. I totally wish Ivan was licensed in every state. Do yourself a favor and sign up for sessions with him, it will not only change your life, but individuals that are around you will be changed as well.

Ivan was amazing. He was thoughtful, practical and always helpful. He listened intently, asked all the right questions and I just wish he was licensed in all 50 states so I could take him with me as I move.

Ivan is an absolutely amazing therapist. He has helped me tremendously with issues concerning depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress, time management, grief and addictions. I can really say that my overall outlook on life has significantly improved due to his assistance, and I probably wouldn't be where I am now without his assistance too. Ivan has a calm and rational approach to handling issues where he listens attentively and allows you to get everything out before he begins proposing solutions. Not to mention, one thing Ivan does that I really enjoy is he ask you "is this something you want to change or improve" which allows you to decide for yourself if even want a solution the issue or just vent because sometimes everyone needs to vent. Through Ivan's amazing work, I have grown more confident in myself and my ability to get through things on my own as he teaches you ways to manage issues on your own. I no longer feel like the lingering burden of past issues that I was too afraid to address or resolve. I truly feel like I can have peace in my life which for me has always been a dream I would endless chase. I highly recommend Ivan to any and everyone so you can begin your journey to a better you.

Ivan is absolutely amazing. I feel like he has been helping me so much with gaining confidence and discovering my self-worth. Before meeting with him I was struggling so much with confidence, anxiety and self doubt, he has opened my eyes to realize that there is so much more to life than my fears that I struggle with. He has been showing me that I am in control of my life. He has opened my eyes to help me understand that just because I believe I am stuck in a situation, does not make that reality true. He has taught me that by me taking small steps, these small steps help me to start to conquer fears which lead to taking even larger leaps. God has used Ivan to definitely turn my life around and help me. I now feel so much more hopeful looking towards my future. I feel so much more freedom now. Ivan has an amazing personality with a great sense of humor to go with it. He has a calm and soothing spirit that make it easy for me to talk to him. I usually struggle with trusting people, but with Ivan it is so easy for me to be open and honest. He listens well, is super empathetic, gives excellent encouragement, guidance, and uses amazing techniques that just make me feel so comfortable. People who do not know I am in counseling have noticed changes in me, they have noticed that I have even been more positive, more upbeat, more happy and seeking positive changes in my life to fulfill the goals that I want to achieve. At first I was really nervous about opening up to a man about my postpartum depression and anxiety but Ivan made me feel so heard and respected. His advice with my anxiety as been life changing and after making some changes to my daily life I no longer have anxiety throughout my day. I’m really looking forward to how much I progress and grow throughout this journey. I use to think therapy would make me feel like I was complaining but instead I feel so empowered. This was my first experience in online counseling, but I can honestly say that I am satisfied with the results. My goal wasn't to solve all my problems, just to specify what is bothering me and to get guidance how to start improving. I feel like with his help I was able to achieve it in a relatively short time.

Ivan and I recently have been in contact and already I really like how much he understands therapy and people, and I think he personally does a wonderful job interacting on an online medium. I’ve never done online counseling before this and he has been a lovely first experience so far!
