Simply amazing. Allows you to navigate your journey with her great advice along the way to understand how to cope with any trauma from the past.

I think Jean really makes an effort to understand your concerns, validate them, and help you come up with solutions. I've only ever talked to her on the phone, yet I feel like she supports me better than a lot people I spend time with on a day to day basis. You can tell she really cares about the things you're struggling with, and wants to help you get through / change them. I love talking to her, and I love hearing her input on what I have to say.

Jean is patient and kind. She encourages me to say everything I need to say while offering a lot of support and advice.

We are still early on in this endeavor, but thus far Jean has been a touchstone of sorts. I log in and out of Betterhelp throughout the day, leaving my thoughts about various issues, and she always responds with kindness and understanding, and recently some guidance on how to begin to process, understand or deal with things I am referring to. When on the phone, she seems genuinely present and empathetic to my situations. Strongly recommend her.

i LOVE jean and i feel so lucky to have been matched with her as my therapist. i’ve had some unique struggles with grief and aside from that i have had a lot happen in my life and i never feel like i’m putting too much weight down and i feel like she understands and knows me very well without having to give a ton of background, which lets us focus on the actual issues!

I’ve only had one session so far, but Jean is the most incredibly sensitive therapist I’ve ever had. She is empathetic and validates what I’m feeling. She’s very warm and welcoming and her session feels very supportive. She also checks in with me in between sessions which I’ve never experienced before! I really enjoy her energy and it’s a refreshing experience. I’d recommend her any day. She’s a wonderful listener and reminds me to take care of myself. I can’t thank her enough already!
